Biography

Sir Henry Neville Lindley Keswick was the son of Sir W. J. Keswick and the brother of S. L. Keswick, both of Jardine, Matheson and Co. Ltd. He joined Jardine, Matheson and Co. Ltd in 1961 and served as an executive in Borneo, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. He was a Director of the company, 1967-1984, becoming Managing Director in 1970, and Chairman in 1972. He became a Director of Jardine Matheson Holding Ltd in 1984, and Chairman in 1989. He held this post for two periods, finally retiring in 2018.
