An envelope containing a power of attorney granted by Andrew Jardine of 3 Lombard Street, London, and Robert Jardine of Castlemilk, Dumfriesshire, brothers of Joseph Jardine, deceased, to Alexander Percevel of Hong Kong to prove the will or administer the estate of the late Joseph Jardine, 25 July 1861. There are also letters of administration of the estate of Joseph Jardine granted to Perceval by the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, 20 March 1862.
