Lady Strickland was the eldest daughter of the 7th Earl de la Warr and wife of Gerald Strickland, Governor of the Leeward Islands 1902-04.

Canada. A newspaper cutting in Y3011E reproduces this photograph, crediting it to Dr Louis W. Sambon.
