Scope and Contents
218 x 281 mm. A group photograph of Princess Marie Louise's party and Bell taken on the steps of Government House. Apart from Bell and Princess Marie Louise, members of this group have not been individually identified, but probably include the following figures mentioned by Bell: Mabel Hawkes, her lady-in-waiting; Benyon, her equerry; Clowes, a friend; Alice Harrington-Stuart from St. Vincent, who also accompanied the Princess on a tour of the Gold Coast; and Mrs. Gideon Myrray, Alice Harrington-Stuart's sister.
