Scope and Contents

102 x 73 mm. Showing Bell (in uniform) and Lady Edeline Strickland (1870-1918) standing outside the Council Chambers in St. Johns Antigua for the opening of the Federal Council on March 22 1903. Lady Strickland was the eldest daughter of the 7th Earl de la Warr and wife of Gerald Strickland, Governor of the Leeward Islands 1902-04.
