260 x 195 mm. A front view of the court, with an imposing Roman Doric portico, which stands in King William Street. Built for the Police Court in 1867, when William Hanson was Colonial Architect, it became the Local and Insolvency Courts in 1891.

A view of two strange stalacmite formations, which take the general form of a human and of a bird. The Wombeyan Caves are somewhat less spectacular than the Jenolan Caves, and are situated about 30 miles west of Mittagong.

200 x 145 mm. Showing four pearl ships on the sand, with a pier behind them. Broome, on the western side of Dampier Land, at Roebuck Bay, replaced Cossack as the main Australian pearling port in the 1890s. By 1903 Broome supported 300 pearling vessels.
