Album of mostly 80 x 54 mm prints. There is a brief list describing items 1-98, which document the trip from Southampton to South Africa, travel in South Africa, and the visit to Southern Rhodesia. Many photos do not appear in the exact numerical order given in the listing. The rest of the images are uncaptioned, but their general locations have been identified by reference to the diary RCMS 353/1.

Caption under the photograph reads: 'Services are not held every Sunday, but when the visiting minister does put in an appearance the people from many miles round flock to the place of worship. The churches are generally used for school purposes during the week.'

A collection of 18 glass slides and 38 photographs. The slides were used by Hogbin to illustrate talks on her work when on furlough (leave of absence), and their captions were provided by her niece. The captions have been used as titles and have been recorded as found.
