Scope and Contents
Contains prints of various sizes with handwritten captions on the reverse and taken by various photographers: E.S.W. Green (Sub-Inspector of Police, Basutoland), R.W. Booth (Clerk and Assistant Resident Magistrate, Bechuanaland), Quartermaster Sergeant Fosdyce [i.e. Fosdyke] (Bechuanaland Protectorate Police), Lieutenant G.B. Moseley (Sub-Inspector of Police, Bechuanaland) and others unidentified. The captions have been transcribed as found and may include language which is inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate. The photographs break down into geographical units thus: Y30546A/1-14 Basutoland [now Lesotho], E.S.W. Green; Y30546A/15-31 Basutoland, R.W.
