Biography

Sir John William Buchanan-Jardine was a Director of Matheson & Co. Ltd, 1927-1949. He was the son of Sir Robert William Buchanan-Jardine (1868-1927) of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd, from whom he inherited extensive business interests in the Far East, which were managed by Matheson & Co. Ltd.
