Matheson Bosanquet Enterprises Ltd (formerly Matheson, Bosanquet & Co. Ltd) was formed in the 1920s with the backing of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd to manage and advise tea plantations in South India. The company was known as Matheson, Bosanquet & Co., Private Ltd during 1956-1961.
