Scope and Contents From the Fonds:

The surviving records of the Central Employment Bureau for Women comprise chiefly minutes of the Executive Committee and of the Consultative Committee, the Students' Careers Association and the Loan Fund Committee, together with some miscellaneous items, including meeting notes, an attendance register and a postcard.

Conditions Governing Access: From the Fonds: Priority access to designated officers of Futures for Women (in line with the Archive's procedures). A few volumes in this collection have been closed in accordance with Data Protection regulations, although the relevant catalogue entries are available online.

39 photographs, chiefly of people and places in South America. Many are unidentified though some are annotated in pencil on the back: there are several of Quito and Chimborazo in Ecuador. Most were taken between 22 and 29 July [no year is given but they are presumed to have been taken during Margaret Willis' sabbatical term in 1931].
The file also contains 20 postcards of South America, chiefly Bolivia and Peru: some are annotated in pencil on the back.
