Scope and Contents This detailed five part printed panorama of Freetown, Sierra Leone, was created in 1847 by Mrs Terry, the wife of the Assistant Superintendent of the Liberated Africans. Four of the prints are views from her upstairs windows in the Church Missionary Grammar School house, formerly the resident of the Assistant Superintendents.
