Scope and Contents From the File: Contains slides of St Lucia. The majority are of views of scenery, many from the sea or from the air (two sequences in February 1971 and September 1972). There is not much relating to Marnham's work, though his official house in Castries is shown in February 1971. Among events which are shown are: a youth rally at Vieux Fort on 1 May 1971 and 11 scenes at the Castries Carnival of 1972. Scope and Contents 109 x 87 mm. The inscription reads 'A Merry Xmas 2 you all' and was painted by the then Prince George of Wales when he visited Antigua while serving as a Lieutenant on H.M.S. Canada. A newspaper cutting in Y3011E reproduces this photograph, crediting it to Dr Louis W. Sambon.
