206 x 136 mm. Showing the graves of other ranks at Fort Pearson or Fort Tenedos, the wooden crosses shaded by two trees. These men were probably killed by disease rather than in action. 201 x 149 mm. Showing a cluster of stalactites in the Cango Caves. The Cango Caves are situated about nineteen miles west of Oudtshoorn near the foot of the Zwartberg Pass. This spectacular cave system was discovered in 1780 by a Dutch farmer named van Zijl and contains paintings near the entrance.
