'Summary of the report on the Company's farm lands at 31 December 1879', 21 lithographed manuscript pages with a map. The report describes various plots with a view to housing or mining development within 10, 20, and 50 miles of Adelaide. The map includes circles indicating these distances.

155 x 200 mm. Sailed from Newcastle on 18 Jan. 1900. Note on the back, ‘The Southern Cross was wrecked in the River Tagus, & for many years used as a dance hall. We saw her several times from the Royal Mail ships to & from Lisbon, then she disappeared.’
