389 x 274 mm. A view looking over the roofs of small hotels and commercial buildings towards open land on the far side of the River Yarra. A photograph taken at an earlier date than Y3089B/17: the Town Hall, visible at the extreme left of the print, still has scaffolding surrounding the tower. Part of Queen Street can be seen at the left of the photograph.
