He must take steps to insure his life. "The Education Department give me endless trouble in connection with with my 14 schools; and other trouble concerning the Mission generally." The Diocesan Registrar wants Westcott to do some of his work. He hopes George will come to the wedding.

Andrews, President of the Labour Union, is much troubled. Communists are trying to stir up revolution. Andrews is going to England with Rabindranath Tagore, who is "failing rapidly" and will not be able to give the Hibbert lectures.
