Scope and Contents

Confirmation in Nadia district. Westcott's concern for the `Rakhwals', shepherd boys, who grow up knowing little faith. Bad industrial position: C.F. Andrews, President of the Labour Union, is much troubled. Communists are trying to stir up revolution. Andrews is going to England with Rabindranath Tagore, who is "failing rapidly" and will not be able to give the Hibbert lectures.
