A file containing artwork, correspondence, a treatment/proposal, draft script and other documentation relationg to a proposed Spitting Image Productions Limited children's television show, Cave In, created by Andy de Emmony and Bill Dare (SI/1127). Artwork present was done by David Stoten.
Some form of pilot/taster footage was shot for this programme, but the show was not developed into a full series.

Some of these documents are final versions and others are drafts. Such documents would have been used in press packs sent to media outlets, and used as part of other promotional efforts.
Promotional Material, 1989
A file containing two examples of a promotional leaflet, along with a proof for an advert in The Sunday Times Magazine, relating to a Margaret Thatcher 10-year anniversary toby jug, which commemorated her first 10 years as prime minister. The leaflet was produced by the manufacturer of the jug, Glazed Expressions, and features photographs taken by John Lawrence Jones and Andy de Emmony, including an image of the jug's modeller, Pablo Bach.
Round the Bend, 1988
A file containing four plastic sleeves with 63mm photographic transparencies, and colour photographs, which feature portrait and group images of puppets made by the Spitting Image Workshop for the British children's television series, Round the Bend (SI/1129 to 1134). This series was produced by Hat Trick Productions and ran for three seasons, between 1989 and 1991.

Thatcha! Ten Years of the Dragon, 1989
A paste-up for the front cover of the abandoned Spitting Image Productions Limited publication, Thatch! 10 Years of the Dragon! This publication was supposed to be published in 1989 to commemorate Margaret Thatcher's first ten years as British prime minister. The reason for its abandonment is unknown. The item features an image of a Thatcher puppet carving up Britain, which is represented as a piece of meat; photograph taken by Andy de Emmony (SI/462 (a)).
