Material relating to Spitting Image Productions Limited's activities outside of Spitting Image and other television programmes and short-films that were produced. The contents of this section represent the following: papers concerning proposed television series and short-films that never went beyond the development stage; papers relating to proposed SIPL public attractions and the company's submission of proposals for attractions at other organisations, such as the National Maritime Museum; papers regarding business dealings with EMI Music Publishing to exploit SIPL's music output, produced as part of Spitting Image and other productions; papers concerning the international franchises of Spitting Image; papers connected to SIPL's work on an exhibit at the National Aquarium of Scotland; papers and photographic material relating to a project for The New York Times Book Review; and items connected to a series of stamps for Royal Mail.

Sadly, there are no papers relating to the development of the Spitting Image Projects' London-based public attraction, Rubberworks, which opened in December 1990. However, there are papers relating to its proposed precursor, The World of Spitting Image. There are some items relating to Rubberworks in other series of the SIPL sub-fonds.
