A variety of merchandise that was either produced by, licensed by or involved the creative services of Spitting Image Productions Limited. Merchandise represented includes, but is not limited to: apparel and accessories, audiovisual material, cards, ceramic ware, dog chews, games and toys, and publications. Most of the items present are associated with Spitting Image, but material relating to other SIPL productions, such as Winjin' Pom and Crapston Villas, are also present. It should be noted that the items found in this section do not represent every piece of merchandise associated with the company, but gives a broad view of how the Spitting Image brand was used.

The material present includes not just the merchandise themselves, but items associated with their production and promotion, such as: contracts for artists and writers, moulds, paste-ups and page proofs, and posters and promotional book stands. Omissons in this regard include artwork from the Spitting Image Workshop and photographic material, which can be found in their respective series.

The vast majority of merchandise present were produced during the Spitting Image Productions Limited era (1983 to 1998). However, some ceramic ware manufactured in the early 2000s bearing the Spitting Image logo, along with a DVD boxset for the series, released in 2009, have also been included in this section.
