He also states that Grigg's Barony is to be included in the Dissolution Honours.

Copy of a letter from WSC to [Lord] Northcliffe [formerly Alfred Harmsworth] concerning the decoration of Miss Wagner. He explains that Miss Wagner was helpful after the death of Captain Cromie in Petrograd [later Leningrad and St Petersburg, Russia], that evidence suggests that she was not to blame for the shooting of Major Fawcett and that [Lady Somerlyton] was misinformed about Miss Wagner being a German and Bolshevik agent.
