Richard Pope complains against John Legg of Witchford, labourer, in an action of trespass and ejection that on 5 Oct. 1725 he ejected Pope from four and a half acres of arable land and a rod of marsh land with appurtenances in Witchford and Wentworth which Mary Dickson, widow, had leased to Pope. Legg acquitted.
