  1. 1r. Mary Harrison, widow, and Thomas Harrison, executors of the will of Thomas Harrison, lately Mary’s husband, deceased, complain against Mary Bamford of Wisbech St Mary, executor of the will of Edward Bamford, lately her husband, deceased, in an action of trespass on the case relating to a debt of 28 pounds for goods or services rendered between Thomas Harrison and Edward Bamford, 18 June 1723 at Wisbech. An agreement or obligation is recited. To proceed to the next session.
  2. 1v. Samuel [? Flatham] complains against John Youngs of Leverington Parson’s Drove, butcher, in an action of trespass on the case, 1 Mar. 1725/6 at Leverington Parson’s Drove. Youngs fined; to pay costs and damages.
  3. 1v. Robert Mears complains against William Flowers of Wisbech, yeoman, in an action of trespass that on 31 Mar. 1725 he took and carried away a pair of linen bags and four ducks or whewers [wigeons] to the value of 40 shillings at Wisbech. Flowers arrested; to pay costs and damages.
  4. 1v. Matthew Harvy of Wisbech, yeoman, answered John Sandwich in an action of assault that on 12 Sept. 1724 he assaulted Sandwich at Wisbech. Harvy arrested; to pay costs and damages.
  5. 2r. Francis Michell of March, glazier, answered Gotobed East in an action of trespass on the case that Michell was indebted in the sum of 15 pounds and ten shillings for diverse goods and wares, 28 Sept. 1724 at March. Damages to be assessed.
  6. 2r. Edmund Hutchinson, alias Hutchesson, of Wisbech St Peter, bricklayer, answered Thomas Palmer in an action that on 29 May 1725 he assaulted Palmer at Wisbech. Damages to be assessed.
  7. 2r. Nathaniel Cook complains against Daniel [?Serjeant] of Whittlesey in an action of trespass and ejection that on 1 Apr. 1725 he ejected Cook from two messuages, two cottages, two dove-cots, two gardens, two orchards, ten acres of pasture, ten acres of meadow, and ten acres of marshland with appurtenances in Whittlesey which Robert Beale, gentleman, and William Beale, cleric, had leased to Cook. [?Serjeant] arrested; to pay costs and damages.
  8. 2r. [Christian name not stated] Trott renounces his suit against [Christian name not stated] Richman in an action of trespass on the case. Richman acquitted.
  9. 2v. Richard Pope complains against John Legg of Haddenham, labourer, in an action of trespass and ejection that on 28 Apr. 1725 he ejected Pope from a toft and six and a half acres of land in Aldreth in the parish of Haddenham which Elizabeth Beau, widow, had leased to Pope. Legg acquitted.
  10. 2v. Thomas Williams complains against John Legg of Ely, yeoman, in an action of trespass and ejection that on 10 May 1725 he ejected Williams from ten messuages, ten cottages, ten acres of land, 100 acres of meadow, and 200 acres of marshland with appurtenances in Ely and Wisbech which Samuel Shepherd had leased to Williams for a term which had not yet expired. Legg acquitted.
  11. 2v. Thomas Pope complains against John Legg of Ely, yeoman, in an action of trespass and ejection that on 10 May 1725 he ejected Pope from three messuages, three cottages, 20 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture and 50 acres of marshland in Sutton which Charles Bigby had leased to Pope. Legg acquitted.
  12. 2v. Henry Feaks, administrator of the goods and chattels of Philip Watson deceased, renounces his suit against John Seale, alias Searle, in an action of trespass on the case. Seale acquitted.
  13. 2v. [Christian name not stated] Ward renounces his suit against John Sharping, yeoman, in an action of trespass on the case. Sharping acquitted.
  14. 2v. Thomas Winter renounces his suit against William Thressell in an action of trespass on the case. Thressell acquitted.
