Although WSC did not become a member of the War Cabinet, he was present at some of its meetings and served on some of its committees. The papers in this class consist of papers produced or acquired by WSC which do not arise directly out of his functions as Minister of Munitions and Secretary of State for War and Air. There is, however, some overlap with the papers in CHAR 15 (Official: Munitions)...
