Correspondents include: David Lloyd George, Prime Minister, on munitions requirements for the Admiralty (1); Sir Eric Geddes [First Lord of the Admiralty] on munitions; Sir Auckland Geddes [Minister of National Service and Reconstruction] on a ministry of supply; and Field-Marshal Sir Douglas Haig [Commander-in-Chief of the Expeditionary Forces in France and Flanders] (2).Also includes copy letters from WSC to the individuals mentioned above including 12 letters to Lloyd George about his visit to the Western Front and meetings with Haig, "General Spiers" [Brigadier-General Edward Spears], Major-General [Charles] Sackville-West and [Georges] Clemenceau.
