Scope and Contents

The 'Canada' was SS Canada, built for the Fabre Line in 1911, operting under a French flag, she provided a Mediterranean-New York Service. The images are of two women wearing Greek traditional festal dress, featuring distinctive embroidery. The 'Helen' featured is not Helen Pence, later Helen Wace, but another unknown Helen.
