The parishioners request that the bedroom may be given up to the church in order that the vestry may be thrown into the church; that a new vestry and bedroom over be built in the corner.
The college declined to accede to the request, and Counsel's opinion was that the parish had no legal claim to the portion of the college adjoining the chancel.
