Attached to the messuage and close are a yard, orchard and garden, the whole lying next to grounds in the occupation of William Never and abutting (E) on the highway. Robert reserves to himself all this arable, meadow, fenning and sheepgate. Marginal note that by agreement these reserved lands are to pay 'by two shillinges by the yeare for the said Lordes rent'.

The messuage is accompanied by 12½ acres and ½ a rood of land abutting on Bradnerditch, alias Bannerditch, an acre of meadow in Frith Fen, a close called Emmis Croft, lands called Annotts with 2½ acres in Frith Fen, 12 acres and ½ a rood sometime parcell of the land called Richards, to all which lands Annis was admitted on 5 December 1636, with 100 sheepgate. Annis to retain rents.
