With rough draft from William Frere letter to Skrine and letter from Skrine to Frere. 1827 letters re houses for sale in Annesley Place (being sold by Spicer Crowe?), adjacent to Wilkins' current property and possibility of obtaining some College land through which to have a right of way.

Three letters from A Fowler to 'Nurse' about the care of her children, 12 March 1862, 13 February 1863 and 9 March 1863, together with transcripts. ['Nurse' was Elizabeth Clayton, later Pepper, mother of Beatrice and Edith Clayton Pepper. She became a nurse / governess when her mother and two siblings died of TB and she was advised to leave the area.] Also a letter in French from Clara to Catherine, addressed from Paris to Lille, 19 October 1863, connection unknown.
