['Nurse' was Elizabeth Clayton, later Pepper, mother of Beatrice and Edith Clayton Pepper. She became a nurse / governess when her mother and two siblings died of TB and she was advised to leave the area.] Also a letter in French from Clara to Catherine, addressed from Paris to Lille, 19 October 1863, connection unknown.
