This film (second part of a two-part film) records the Royal Party's visit to Kenilworth Racecourse, near Cape Town, the opening by the King of the Ninth Union Parliament, and the Royal Party's visit to Port Elizabeth. It closes with a brief African dancing scene.

'The Fish Sellers meet the fishing boats as the come in, and buy the fish from the fishermen on the beach. They then carry it round the town on the long canes you can see in the picture across their shoulders.'

'A part of the North Jetty on the right. The tower is that of H.M. Customs, also seen in No. 13. The long shed on the left is one of the great many belonging to the Harbour Board for the storage of cargo as it is landed from the vessels.'

Lighthouse and Memorial, Donkin Reserve, Port Elizabeth, 1865 - 1878
189 x 133 mm. Showing the stone pyramid erected by Sir Rufane Donkin in 1820 as a memorial to his wife Elizabeth Francis, who had died of fever in India in 1818 and after whom the town was named. Beside it stands the lighthouse keeper’s quarters and to the right of this building, the lighthouse completed in 1861.
