The caption adds: ‘Two streams of water, one hot and the other cold, are brought together, forming the most enjoyable bath possible.’

A view of two strange stalacmite formations, which take the general form of a human and of a bird. The Wombeyan Caves are somewhat less spectacular than the Jenolan Caves, and are situated about 30 miles west of Mittagong.

200 x 145 mm. Showing four pearl ships on the sand, with a pier behind them. Broome, on the western side of Dampier Land, at Roebuck Bay, replaced Cossack as the main Australian pearling port in the 1890s. By 1903 Broome supported 300 pearling vessels.
