65 x 45 mm. Oval. This uncaptioned picture shows a number of Africans gathered in a walled enclosure, with a bearded man, probably Archdeacon Balfour, addressing them. Though not specifically referred to in the diary, it is stuck in at the portion relating to Easter at 'Thaba 'Nchu' (March 29 1902).
