Diary annotated 'Odyssey No. 3'. Whitby is in the Nijmegen salient, which is still being shelled. He mentions the Prime Minister (although but doubtful if he was on this trip). Notebook annotated 'B. L. A.' recording visits to hospitals and others met on the tour, discussions of blood stocks, treatments for patients seen etc.
