Ltd, 23 July 1945, with an appendix outlining the possible layout of the company's shipping interests in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Calcutta and Singapore; and a pro-forma organisation chart for Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd's shipping interests in Hong Kong and Shanghai, dated London, 13 December 1945, including Reid as Shipping Manager. The ring-binder is labelled 'Alan Reid. 1945'.
