Correspondence of L.N. Leefe, Matheson & Co. Ltd, with A.V. Owen of Currey & Co. Ltd, London, and Gilbert M. Prior of Church, Adams, Tatham & Co. Ltd, London, regarding the Marriage Settlement Trust established for H.W. Looker and his second wife, Stella May, daughter of Basil Sharp of Brentwood, Essex. There is also one letter from D.G.M. Bernard, Matheson & Co. Ltd, to G.M. Prior. Loose inside the ring-binder is a letter from G.M. Prior to H.W. Looker, Forest Row, Sussex, 6 March 1942, and Looker's reply of 7 March 1942. The ring-binder is labelled 'Correspondence in connection with Mr. H.W. Looker's 2nd Marriage Settlement'.
