Correspondence between B.D.F. Beith, D.G.M. Bernard and H. Flint, Matheson & Co. Ltd, and G.L. Allardyce, J.C. & A. Steuart, W.S., Edinburgh (mainly); Ethel, Lady Buchanan-Jardine, Bracknell and London; and Sir John Buchanan-Jardine, Lockerbie, regarding the Lady Jardine Marriage Trust, including some material regarding the Fund established for Violet Drummond, daughter of Lord and Lord Buchanan-Jardine. There are also related letters and papers, including lists of investments of Lady Buchanan-Jardine's Marriage Trust, December 1933 and March 1938, and a list of investments of Sir R.W.B. Jardine's executry and the Fund for Mrs Drummond, 8 October 1936. The ring-binder is labelled 'Dowager Lady Jardine's Marriage Trust'.
