Ltd, London, Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, and Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, with related papers, including extracts of telegrams of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd and notes on suggestions made by Deacon, Looker, Deacon & Harston regarding a proposed sale agreement, deed of donation and memorandum and articles and association for the Jardine Engineering Corporation Ltd, 1921.
The ring-binder also contains a folder labelled 'Engineering Property', including extracts of correspondence between Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong and Shanghai; copies of letters from the Engineering Department, Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, to Matheson & Co. Ltd by the Engineering Department, Jardine Matheson, Shanghai.

Ltd; a draft agreement for the sale of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd's Engineering Department business to the Jardine Engineering Corporation Ltd, 1921; and other papers.
