Scope and Contents
624 x 148 mm (three prints joined). View from a neighbouring hillside looking down on Port Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles. The waterfront area is seen in the right hand section. The two left hand portions of the panorama show the landing stage stretching out into the bay. Cerf Island can be seen at the extreme left. A pencilled note on the reverse of the mount reads: 'Taken at low water to show the importance of keeping small pier or carenage open to public (closed by Harb. Regulation '96).'
