Scope and Contents

35 x 45 mm. (Vignetted oval). A carte de visite head and shoulders portrait of an unidentified young woman. Inscribe on the reverse are the words 'With Nelly's love and compliments of the season'. The backmark reads; 'Stewart and Co, 217 Bourke Street East, near Parliament Houses, Melbourne. A large framed copy of this portrait may be had price 20. Marion, Imp, Paris'.
