Scope and Contents

Five issues of the British monthly publication, East Anglian Magazine, which feature pencil illustrations by Roger Law. Also present are tearsheets from two unidentified issues from the same time period. The file holds the following issues/tearsheets:

1. November 1960 (Vol. 20, No. 1) - page 33 contains illustrations that accompany the poem, Burnt Child, by Gillian Edwards (RL/Pre-/1109).

2. December 1960 (Vol. 20, No. 2) - page 77 contains an illustration that accompanies the poem, The Tiddy Bits, by Phoebe A. Lockwood; and pages 89-92 feature illustrations that accompany the story, Old Time Is Still A-Flying, by Allan Jobson (RL/Pre-/1110 and 1111).

3. July 1961 (Vol. 20, No. 9) - page 505 contains an illustration that accompanies the poem, Expansion, by Andrew Hodgson (RL/Pre-/1113).

4. November 1961 (Vol. 21, No. 1) - page 26 contains an illustration that accompanies the poem, On Windmill Hill, by Bernard R. Davies (RL/Pre-/1112).

5. May 1962 (Vol. 21, No. 7) - pages 372-377 contain illustrations that accompany the story, Everybody Out!, by Alfred J. Peacock (RL/Pre-/1114).

6. Tearsheets with pages 713-718 of an unidentified issue, which contain illustrations accompanying an article, From an East Anglian Kitchen, by Elizabeth Craig (RL/Pre-/1115).

7. Tearsheets with pages 673-676 of an unidentified issue, which contain illustrations accompanying a poem, Cupid at Costessy, by Oliver Winch (RL/Pre-/1116).
