William de Tudenham, parson of Brandon, Peter de Elvedon, parson of Fakenham Parva, and John Chaa; to William Smethe, parson of Wetyngg St Mary and William Attemer. Transferring all right to fishery in Bernham, Suffolk, and its enclosure and rights of access and egress, and all appurtenances, which lately belonged to William de Hoo of Bernham. Witnesses: Nicholas de Trows, Peter Spark, Bartholomew Taliour, Andrew Nithegal, and others. Ratified at Thetford, Norfolk, on the Saturday after the Translation of St Thomas the Martyr.
