Letter from Commander Charles Thompson [Personal Assistant to the Minister of Defence] to Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Gale [Military Operations Directorate, War Office] stating that WSC agrees that the contingent arrangements for guards at Chartwell or Ditchley [Dytchley Park, Oxfordshire] may be cancelled.
