An assignment in trust by Farquhar Macqueen to Donald Matheson and William Stewart of a piece of land at Victoria, Hong Kong, 13 February 1844. There is also a copy of a memorial of 1 March 1844 of an assignment of lease by way of mortgage, also made on 13 February, whereby Macqueen assigned the Victoria land to Alexander Matheson as security for a debt.
