Biography

Margaret Mary Eardley worked in the Shipping Office, Jardine, Matheson, Hong Kong, 1937-1941. She was employed by the government of Singapore, 1941-1942, and rejoined Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1942. She was employed in the company's Bombay and Calcutta offices before working in the Airways Department, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and the Shipping Office, Hong Kong.
