Copies of telegrams and telex (E1-13) and summaries of telephone conversations (E14-19) of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd, including one series of the firm's copies of Reuters telegrams (E2).

Access to the collection is subject to special conditions and is at the discretion of Matheson & Co. Ltd, part of the Jardine Matheson Group. Language of Materials
The records belonged to Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, and Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, and include some duplication between each office's copies. The early records formed part of the initial accessions to the archive. These were supplemented by later material received in accessions from 2011 onwards.
