Biography

Francesco Gandossi joined Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1910 as a raw silk expert. He was the head of the Raw Silk Departments at Canton and Yokohama, and also served in the Shanghai Office, of which he was in charge for one year. He left the company following the closure of the company's Yokohama Office in 1934.
