Jardine, Matheson & Co. (India) Ltd became the representatives of the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd in India in February 1943. Before this date, the company was represented by Jardine, Skinner & Co. Both companies operated from the same address in Bombay. The agency was liquidated in 1946.
