Plantation Agencies Sdn Bhd, a plantation management company, was incorporated on 31 March 1955 as Plantation Agencies Ltd by Jardine Waugh Ltd, Kennedy, Burkill & Co. Ltd and J.A. Wattie & Co. Ltd for the purpose of amalgamating the estate agency business of the three companies. The company acted as the Eastern Agents and Secretaries in Malaya to a number of plantation companies, including the Malayan Para Rubber Co. Ltd.
