Henry Sole of Ely, ropemaker, answered Anthony Wellings in an action of trespass and ejection that on 10 Dec. 1633 he ejected Wellings from a messuage, a shop and a garden with appurtenances in the parish of Ely Trinity which Richard Hewett had leased to Wellings for a term which had not yet expired. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
